Add command line switch for cell/pixel positioning and sizing #9
Currently awrit renders at cell coordinate: 0,0 pixel coordinate: 0,0 and pixel size: max-width, max-height
Adding a command line switch to specify what pixel coordinate/size and what cell (including storing/restoring the cursor cell at startup) would allow for more interesting use-cases, like providing an overlay
