Channel 47 Plugins

Read /Users/jackson/Documents/projects/ch47/AGENTS.md before meaningful work.

This sub-repo contains legacy Channel47 Codex/Claude plugin packaging.

Public standalone skills now belong in /Users/jackson/Documents/projects/ch47/skills. Only edit this repo when plugin manifests, compatibility packaging, or archived plugin source needs to change.

Shared Memory

  • Treat /Users/jackson/Documents/projects/vault as durable work memory.
  • Project memory lives at /Users/jackson/Documents/projects/vault/projects/ch47.
  • Prefer canonical notes over note sprawl.
  • Route TODOs/current priorities and blockers to now.md.
  • Route durable decisions to decisions.md.
  • Route people, owners, project facts, and useful links to brief.md.
  • Route daily summaries, scratch notes, and uncertain observations to inbox.md.
  • Preserve decisions, blockers, owners, dates, and useful links.
  • If nothing meaningful changed, do not churn the vault.
