Article tags feature

Excuse me,
i run the cat medium_twitter.csv.tgz_a* | tar xz command, and i only get a file named medium_twitter.csv,including "user_id,story_id,twitter_screen_name,story_published_time".But i want to get the article tags ,how can i get them?
