Synchronization issues

My wallet isn't syncing. Greetings, I'm testing the wallet. I created a wallet on June 18, 2026, and it worked very well. On June 19, 2026, I created another wallet to test the multi-wallet feature, and that also worked perfectly. However, when I tested the feature to add a new wallet via the "import" option, the process took over three hours and only reached just over 50%. I decided to delete that wallet because the process was so slow, but now the wallet won't synchronize the wallets I created initially, as shown in the image.

I tried disconnecting my VPN because I thought the connection might be slow because of it, but the problem persists. The wallet isn't syncing.

My wallet remains the same. It stayed like this after I tried to import another wallet, because before that everything was working without a problem.
I think I'll try to uninstall and reinstall and recover with seed phrase the new wallets I had created to check the synchronization again.

We released a fix for this in v0.0.35:

This looks like the issue where deleting an imported wallet with an old birthday could leave stale sync data behind, causing the remaining wallets to get stuck syncing.

Please update to v0.0.35, open the wallet, and let it sync again. The app should automatically clean up the stale sync state, so you should not need to reinstall or restore from seed.

If it still gets stuck after updating, please let us know your platform and app version.

Este parece ser el problema en el que eliminar una billetera importada con un cumpleaños antiguo podría dejar datos de sincronización obsoletos, lo que provocaría que las billeteras restantes se quedaran estancadas en la sincronización.

Actualice a v0.0.35, abra la billetera y deje que se sincronice nuevamente. La aplicación debería limpiar automáticamente el estado de sincronización obsoleto, por lo que no debería ser necesario reinstalarla ni restaurarla desde la semilla.

Si aún se bloquea después de la actualización, infórmenos su plataforma y versión de la aplicación.
