Audit: Intelbras (8 cameras)

Full data-quality audit of the Intelbras brand as part of master audit #28.

Verify all 8 stored cameras against official Intelbras sources:

• Fix fabricated/incorrect specs (resolution, sensor, lens, IR range, form factor)
• Flag ghost models + duplicates for removal (do not auto-delete)
• Verify/correct RTSP/ONVIF claims and integration configs
• Add markets tags and set last_verified

Currently 8 cameras stored, 8 unverified.

Resolved in #112 — audited against official manufacturer sources (ghosts/duplicates removed, type/megapixel/source fixes, all stamped).
