Audit: Synology (12 cameras)

Full data-quality audit of the Synology brand as part of master audit #28.

Verify all 12 stored cameras against official Synology sources:

• Fix fabricated/incorrect specs (resolution, sensor, lens, IR range, form factor)
• Flag ghost models + duplicates for removal (do not auto-delete)
• Verify/correct RTSP/ONVIF claims and integration configs
• Add markets tags and set last_verified

Currently 12 cameras stored, 12 unverified.
