VS2019 Support

Is there a plan to make this extension available to VS2019?

I tried to adjust the extension in a forked branch of mine: https://github.com/trueqbit/SolutionConfigurationName/tree/VS16

It builds successfully and the .vsix can be installed, however the build macros don't appear, so there's still something wrong. I am totally unexperienced in extension development, but it might serve somebody as a base for further investigation!
