Problem in Munich compilation #2

Description

@rpedruzzi

Dear all,

I am trying to compile Munich 2.0 with gcc 8.5 in a Rocky Linux system. I compiled all the dependencies using the same compiler and structure, this includes:
zlib 1.2.13;
hdf5 1.10.8;
netcdf 4.7.4
netcdf-cxx 4.3.1;
netcdf fortran 4.5.3;
OpenMPI v4.1.4
Blas/Lapack;
Swig;
Scons; and
Blitz.
Additionally, I have git cloned the Munich repository using the script munich-public-clone, available on the website.

Even following all steps, I am facing issues with the Munich compilation.
Attached are two files: 1) the output from the commando ./compile --mpi=yes --openmp=yes (make_MUNICH.log). 2) the "compile" file, which is inside the /include/ss-aerosol. I noticed that this file has some environment variables for the compilation, so I added my variables to this file.

Can you help me to solve this issue?
Regards,
