Exception Issue

Getting an error message that indicates a method call has the wrong parameters

Exception. Error [BaseSheet._general_exception() missing 1 required positional argument: 'e'] while reading sheet 'studyDesign'. See log for additional details.

In _add_element in src/usdm_excel/study_design_sheet/study_design_sheet.py was using _general_exception rather than _general_error method
