Pyinstaller mtgolog exe triggers Windows defender / firefox virus scan

Hi there,

after a recent Windows defender upgrade the .exe gets flagged:

It is probably necessary to submit the .exe https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission to unblock it.
