Fine-tune issues

I would like to fine-tune the model on my own dataset. How should I proceed with training the Unet component?

If you are referring to the U-Net component in PCLS, you can fine-tune it by adding gradient back-propagation for the U-Net and computing the segmentation loss directly within our training framework.

If you don’t have time to train it from scratch, you can also use the U-Net weights we provide — they already give solid performance on most datasets.
