What to build

Add answer-facet support to the private dogfood acceptance flow. A dogfood case should be able to ask a natural history question, run the normal Sherlog retrieval workflow, read evidence, and verify that the retrieved evidence supports expected answer facets instead of only checking session IDs or snippets.

Acceptance criteria

• Dogfood schema supports expected answer facets tied to retrieved evidence, while preserving existing session/cwd/context assertions.
• Dogfood runner reports facet pass/fail separately from session/cwd/match assertions.
• Failures are classified as coverage/index, skill guidance, CLI recall/ranking/context, stale golden, or unclear case.
• Candidate failures remain non-blocking; hard failures still block.
• Tests cover at least one passing facet case and one failing facet case.
