New logo for the package

The current logo on of the package is pretty generic, can someone come up with a better one?

I did a Google search on how much it would cost to pay a person to do this, and if it's remotely accurate, it would be in the low 4-figure range. I don't have expectations on the rest of you to fork over some dough, I think it's just a reflection in the amount of work involved to get it done. We'd also have to go through drafts, vote on designs, and open ourselves to possible ridicule (I'm sure we'll take it in stride), so I'd recommend elevating the effort to serious and the impact to significant due to the visibility factor.

I was looking at the NumFOCUS sponsored and affiliated projects for inspiration. I'm pasting here some of my favorite designs:

What they have in common is some kind of abstract shape, to the left or top, and a text label of the package name. We aspire to be like these packages, so I think these designs are a nice benchmark to compare to. Since the central class of chainladder is the multi-dimensional triangle, I'd propose our version of the abstract shape to be a multi-dimensional triangle.

As for assets go, what we'd need is:

• 2 versions of the logo:
  • One with the shape to the left, text to the right (for placing in horizontal navbars/banners)
  • One with the shape on the top, text on the bottom (for placing in vertical sidebars)
• 2 colors schemes for light/dark mode
• SVG and JPG files

Worth exploring I guess, no strong opinion on this, if anyone wants to look into this it might be interesting.
