When FireTitle is used with STG's prependTitleToWindow the addons overwrite each other's prefixes.

Allow both prefixes to be combined.

None, apart from learning JS

I will add a contr-issue to the STG project, as I'm not in the position to say which project is better suited for this task, if not both.
