Not loading videos on motility

I tried to open videos on motility options, when i select the video nothing happened.
What could be the cause.

Try using the AVI video format. I noticed an unhandled exception when attempting to load an MP4 video, and from the code, it seems it's trying to load the video using an AVI reader.
