I ran the motility analysis on a sample sperm video, using openCASA. The analysis shows a log which has track number for each of the sperm and motility analyses regarding them. The video has also been tracked, which shows the track number in white as a label beside each of the sperm heads, and tracks for each of them (with a different color associated with velocity high medium or low). My issue is that these tracks overlay the sperms and their track name labels in the video, and I cannot identify the track names for any of them. I can see they exist in the video but they are covered with different colored tracks. I tried changing the labels section, but it just doesn't work for me. I need help if I can change the opacity of the track paths, so that I can see the sperms and their track names in the video/ and change the color of the labels to bold and black. Thank you!
