Can we specify reference genomes in database?

Hi, Zhou, I know the close species of my plant of interesting, can I modify the database to include these references? If so, would you please give a hint how to do that. Thank you.

Hi @ifoo1213,

You do not really need to build your own database. If the references you mention are in a public database, the profiles hosted here probably already considered them. You can simply choose one from here. The angiosperm one works in most cases.
