Linked libraries

Linking all libraries used by Perl done in:
https://github.com/c-icap/c-icap-server/blob/master/configure.ac#L348
may increase the resulting size of the package without good cause. Simply linking to
libperl should be sufficient for the Perl module. As such it may be good to remove
this line.

I'm carrying this patch in Fedora/EPEL to disable linking to libdb even if bdb is not being used in favor of libmdb:

If we don't apply this patch we're not even able to build other backends than Berkeley DB. I think the suggestion in the comment above is a valid one, only libperl should be enough.
