feat: wasm64

This would allow [weval](https://github.com/bytecodealliance/weval) to support wasm64, which can be used in use-cases opened up by [weval#22](https://github.com/bytecodealliance/weval/issues/22). It would also improve this library's relevance compared to Wasmtime features
