Unable to withdraw XION: staked for a year to internal address instead of external wallet, can’t access withdrawal

Hello!
I am experiencing a problem with staking XION on https://staking.burnt.com. I transferred my XION coins directly from the Bybit exchange to the internal staking address provided to me by your site. After the coins arrived, I saw my balance on the platform, but I noticed that there is no withdrawal option — only delegation of coins is available.
I have been staking my XION coins for a year without realizing that I would not be able to withdraw them due to not using an external wallet (such as Keepler, Metamask, or Leap) for the transfer. Only now have I understood this mistake, and I am unable to withdraw my coins on my own. I am very worried about the safety of my funds.
Could you please advise if it is possible to return the coins, and what steps I need to take? My XION address is the one shown in the account section, and I can also provide the TXID and additional screenshots if needed.
