There is a bit of uncertainty one has enabled Noise Reduction, as sometimes one is unable to see that the checkmark is checked in the title of that section above Baseband NR and Audio NR (OMLSA) Radio options.

Unlike the Android build version, the setting for FFT Hold has no effect on the display of the PSD.

There appears to be no sync (PC->QMX/QMX+) of transceiver mode, not just AM regardless of Sync VFO being enabled or not.
This version is very impressive as is the build for Android.
