Inconsistent and Erratic Tuning for QMX+ #16

Description

@W7STF

Win11
QMX+ Firmware V04.2 Beta
SDR++ V1.2.2 Beta
Sync VFO selected in the Windows program.
VFO A enabled on the QMX.
Often times, the VFO setting at the top of the Window will be out of sync with that of the QMX.
(appears to "forget" about the 12kHz offset programmed for the QMX).
Adjusting the VFO at the top of the Window does not bring the VFO on the QMX into sync.
Clicking on the PSD (power spectral density, i.e. not the waterfall) portion of the display brings them back into sync.

If both A and B VFO modes enabled, this is reflected in the Windows program.
VFO B selected on the QMX.
Adjusting the VFO in the Windows program by using mouse clicks on one of the digits or hovering over one of the digits and using the mouse wheel results in the VFO on the QMX+ jumping by an amount inconsistent with the VFO digit being adjusted.
Selecting VFO A again on the QMX+ yields the same issue.
(it is as if only VFO A should be enabled on the QMX+).

Dragging the Frequency axis of the PSD results in extremely odd jumps of the VFO.
Turning off the QMX+ and back on, selecting stop then run again in the Windows program, even after selecting "Refresh", and the Windows program becomes unresponsive. One must stop the program and restart it.
