Rather than have global parameterizations, make the strategy factors be parameterized per atom, including the likelihood of an interaction. Use different "personalities" to define the strategies employed:
- Jane: a highly religious woman who is strictly monogamous and socially reserved
- Joe: a highly active, promiscuous man, no prophylactic
- Brad: a highly active, poly biased man, no prophylactic
- Emma: a promiscuous woman, always prophylactic
