Hi,
Thanks very much for developing and maintaining this tool — it’s been really helpful for my work.
I’m currently using Docker to preprocess GTEx Lung eQTL v8 data, and I’ve noticed that the __qtl_ld_interval step is extremely slow, likely due to the large number (millions) of significant variants.
My main question is:
Is it expected that this preprocessing step can take many hours or even days for a dataset like GTEx Lung eQTL v8?
Additionally, I’d appreciate any advice on recommended strategies to reduce preprocessing time, such as parameter choices or workflow optimizations.
Thanks again for your work, and I really appreciate any guidance.
