Is locuscompare suitable for plant?

Hi,
I would like to ask whether locuscompare is suitable for GIM (Genomic Interaction Mapping) analysis in plant genomes. Most examples and documentation appear to focus on human datasets, so I want to confirm whether any species- or genome-size–related limitations exist when applying locuscompare to plant systems.

@GrazieT Thank you for your question. At the moment, the datasets we have prepared for LocusCompare, such as GTEx expression data and 1000 Genomes reference panels, are specifically designed for human genomics. As a result, the current implementation is optimized for human studies.
