Posting score is denied

I got everything working but when I try to gain access from USGA it says
"Access to this golfer cannot be granted at this time.
Please contact and request linking your Handicap ID."

@newtonfb FYI, this fork of the original library is for developers in the Golfer Product Access (GPA) program w/ the USGA. They issue you API keys. Are you in contact with them?
