[3.0.0017] Status for Simulator is not shown correctly in Output Window

Environment:
System OS: Win 7 64bit and Win 8.

Preq: No targets are added in Options->Target window. Output window has not data shown.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add an USB Target (Set Active) and close options dialog.
   
2. Observe that target device which is set active is shown along with IP address on output window.
   
3. Goto Targets page and do not set the USB device to active.Close the Options dialog.Then following is shown.
   
4. Similarly Add a Wifi device and set it to active and Close the Options dialog..
5. Remove the active state to the Wi-Fi device and Close the Options dialog..

1. Add a Simulator and set it to Active. Observe that simulator ip address is not shown on output window.

1. Remove that active state of Simulator.

1. Close the Options dialog.

Actual Result: Observe that simulator IP address is not shown when set to active and is shown as device which means a device is Set to Active even though simulator is Set to Active.

But when the simulator is not Set to Active it is shown that "Not target Simulator is active now" which means simulator is not set to active.
