[3.0.0017] Importing the already loaded Developer Certificate is disabling "Forget" button

Environment:
System OS: Win 7 64bit and Win 8.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Complete Signing registration.
2. Go to Blackberry->Options->Signing Page
3. Observe that all the buttons except "Register..." button are enabled.
4. Click on "Import..." button
5. Select the same author file which is created while signing.
6. Enter the correct password in "Password Request" dialog.

Actual Result: Observe that "Forget" button is disabled even though the same author.p12 file is selected which is created while registering.

There is a small tick Remember in left-bottom of the password dialog. If you haven't checked it, the password is not stored anywhere persistently and is only available in currently running Visual Studio instance. Restart it to see, if the Author disappeared.
