Is it windows on the client side?
Did you run the python script on the server?

OK.The network diagram is as following:

 client---->NAT--->public network(Server)

client is running in local network.it is running in ubuntu OS.And run python script on the server in public network.
 just I test it but it could not appear.
 I will track it and if something exception,I write to you.

I tested it with 2 windows machines (one for client and another for host) and a public server running ubuntu.

Ok. That happens when you connect from same PC -> server. You need to use two PCs from different NATs and a public server.
