Won't work with Erlang 18

Erlang 18 introduces changes to the :public_key library which break the key_utils module.

Will you fix the issue? I wonder if this elixir library is reliable and still maintained (Elixir is actually becoming more popular)

I fixed this on my fork "philosodad@7569d25" but I'm no longer a committer on this project.
