mini_epaper_s3 doesn't build

I was trying to build the IDF example in esp_idf, but it fails with undefined references to pgm_read_*().

I got around that problem by adding defines for pgm_read_byte(), pgm_read_word() and pgm_read_dword() to .../esp_idf/mini_epaper_s3/main/main.c
but then I got undefined reference to `bbepWriteIT8951CmdArgs' which only seems to be defined for Arduino.

You're not doing anything wrong. I made some breaking changes to the IDF support that didn't break Arduino support (where I normally work). I'll fix it.
