Is there somebody that has properly implemented all the libraries. I am having some problemes by implementing the scanpy library,
as it calls anndata library and as I have seen, it need an older version of matplotlib rather than the latest, and moreover the rpy2 library.
The jupyter kernel crashes when trying to import the libraries.
