Current pom.xml files used for building with Maven need to be manually edited in multiple files and multiple places to keep versions up to date.
Any incompatibilities in version numbers will lead to build issues, see #81
I suggest to make version numbers updatable in one central location in a pom.xml file AND keep the repository readme and build instructions up to date.
