Create PWA for the jprime that can be used on ios and android

a PWA has to be created (maybe using react) for the jprime website that uses the agenda/talks rest endpoints that are already created.

The PWA should have the ability to:

• display the agenda
• display the current time, ideally have a LINE for the current time.

• have the posibility to MARK favorite talks
• have a view of only marked views.

It shoud look a calendar like interface

I think this issue is done @TeodorTunev maybe we should just check it in 2020 that I havent broken it with the new design :)
