SENAITE to send results outside detection limit as numeric values with comparators

Requirement

Tamanu needs to be able to show results that are outside of the detection limit correctly and not as strings

Proposal

SENAITE to send "less than" and "greater than" quantitative results (e.g., "< 15") as numeric values with comparators, not as strings
