bug: Back to explorer not working

Reproducing the error that the "Back to explorer" doesn't seem to be working...

<Button variant="ghost" onClick={() => router.back()}> doesn't work because clicking on "# View on Chain" opens a new tab. And since it uses useRouter, which is kind of like window.history.back(), it doesn't work because there is no history to go back to.
