TC-042: Upload 10 images in one message - verify max limit (positive boundary)

Orphan cleanup first: located and removed a leftover artifact from the prior dead dispatch — conversation id 97 ("Test batch upload images max", exact message-text match, all 10 test-batch-*.png attached, ~26 min old) plus its storage folder (attachments/5c98fa82-.../). Confirmed via network before deleting; re-verified zero remaining keys after.

Own execution: fresh isolated conversation (id 113), all 10 fixtures uploaded via a single setFiles([...10]) call, sent successfully — 10× POST .../attachments/... all 201, message rendered with 10 thumbnails, assistant confirmed "all 10 images... Batch 01 through Batch 10", both spot-checked thumbnails opened preview dialogs (force-click required, known pattern), all 10 files confirmed in the Artifacts bucket via the S3 listing API (byte-exact sizes). Zero console errors during the core flow. Teardown: uploaded folder deleted from storage, confirmed purged.

No new defects filed — all findings (no count-badge on Artifacts, attach-files strict-mode duplicate, overflow "+N" display, forced-click preview) reconfirm already-tracked clarifications (GH#118, GH#110, GH#117) at the n=10 boundary; added corroboration comments to GH#118 and a refutation data point to GH#116 (stray-GET-404 hypothesis not reproduced on this run).

AFS: test-specs/artifacts/l3_upload-10-images-limit_TC-042.md (left uncommitted/untracked per process — implementer bundles it into the module's PR).
