Messages sent from LINE ios show as unsupported on beeper

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open LINE ios
2. send a message
3. check beeper

Expected behavior

Messages should send correctly

Additional information

Potential reason could be the e2ee version which is 1 instead of 2 for web and android, and the reqSeq is -1. There's probably more to look into
