Pretrained model checkpoint (.ckpt) missing from repository and AWS S3 #2

Description

@Carlabickel

Hello,
I am a PhD student trying to use SpikeNet2 for spike detection in sleep EEGs of children with SeLECTS/CECTS, replicating the methodology from Li et al. 2025 (NEJM AI: Expert-Level Detection of Epilepsy Markers in EEG on Short and Long Timescales). I have completed all steps to access the model:

Registered on bdsp.io
Signed the BDSP Restricted Data Use Agreement for SpikeNet 2.0 v1.0
Created an AWS account and added my Account ID to bdsp.io Cloud Credentials
Clicked "Request Access" on the SpikeNet 2.0 project page → received confirmation email
Installed and configured AWS CLI (aws configure)
Verified AWS identity with aws sts get-caller-identity
Cloned the GitHub repository: git clone https://github.com/bdsp-core/SpikeNet2.git

However, the pretrained model checkpoint (.ckpt file) is nowhere to be found:

Not in the GitHub repository (checked all commits with git log and find ~/Desktop/SpikeNet2 -type f)
Not on AWS S3: it only shows EEG/ and Events/ folders

The bdsp.io page states: "The repository includes the trained models, processing pipelines, and analysis scripts required to reproduce the findings." But the model is not there.
Could you please advise where to download the pretrained model checkpoint?
Thank you very much.
