When the bot crates an issue it should use different text in the reminder

Describe the issue

In different circumstances the bot creates an Issue or PR (all PRs are also issues). When only an Issue exists, with no associated PR, then the bot's reminder text should use the word "Issue".

This is the text the bot is using when an Issue has not been addressed in a while:

Hey, its been 120 days since this PR was last updated. I'm sure everyone is busy, however, it would be
appreciated if someone from the team puts this issue to bed. Thanks in Advance.

Definition of done

• If a PR is created, reminder text should ask for the PR to be updated;
• If an Issue is created, reminder text should ask for the Issue to be updated.
