Add an addtion account on our current subscription.

So the original agreed package (invoice attached) was:

• fastest available 30 second check rate for all tests
• 5 Separate accounts (now fully utilised)
• 10 Status pages, if necessary these can be split up and assigned to the relevant teams just like the tests.
• A maximum of 55 additional team users can be added
• A maximum of 500 tests
  Total cost: CAD 501.16 per month / 5011.60 per year

Workspaces: 5 total can be used in this package, that's 5 admins
Users: A total of 55 can be used across your workspaces, 5 of these will be taken by the admins.
