OpenShift Reports with Adin

Describe the issue
Adin has some training in data analysis, so I would like to revisit some of our reports and quota stuff to see if we can improve our reporting!

So first we need to introduce Adin to the ways that data can be collected on the platform, and what sort of data we typically look at.
