Install not working

Hii! I found out about this software through reddit and its really cool. I initially started with just the GUI and tried to download my songs from spotify but when I put my spotify playlist link in the gui, it wouldnt find the playlist. I have since moved over to apple music. Apple music has been able to find the songs, but unable to download any of them. at around song 293, i realized that every single song had an error and did not download.

Since, I have tried to update the apple music module, but that just led me to more issues. I have not gotten it to work. The download instructions without the gui, I feel, are not up to date. When I run it for the first time, I got two errors about missing modules such as structlog and librespot.

Is there an updated installation instruction? With or without the gui? I think I actually prefer just working in the terminal.

Currently busy with testing out the waters with new Apple Music dependencies.
Hence the two extra missing modules.
If u follow up the how-to install here from scratch: https://github.com/bascurtiz/OrpheusDL u should be good, cause i've updated them last nite. oh and u need to install different docker setup.

Once i release a new version i'll have it all ironed out, but if u feel adventureous try:
0. make sure Docker Desktop is installed: https://www.docker.com/products/docker-desktop
(if already installed, ditch any container, image, volume, build, to start fresh)

1. go to https://github.com/glomatico/wrapper-v2 and download as zip and extract.

2. download https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/apple/apple-music/apple-music-3-6-0-beta-release/apple-music-3-6-0-beta-4-android-apk-download/

3. move it to the extracted folder and rename it to apple-music.apkm

4. follow the instructions in the readme:
   a) bash tools/extract-libs.sh --bundle apple-music.apkm --arch x86_64
   b) bash tools/stage-system.sh --arch x86_64
   make sure Docker Desktop is running:
   c) docker compose up --build
   d) open a new CMD:
   curl http://127.0.0.1/health
   e) curl -X POST http://127.0.0.1/login -H "content-type: application/json" -d "{\"username\":\"myemail@addresshere.com\",\"password\":\"mypasswordhere!\"}"
   (make sure to change username and password to your own)

note:
if u have 2fa enabled, u will get a response code back.
replace 123456 with it and run:
curl -X POST http://127.0.0.1/login/2fa -H "content-type: application/json" -d "{\"code\":\"123456\"}"
then to confirm:
curl http://127.0.0.1/me
(u should see auth state logged in / authenticated (not logged_out)

now u can close all.
open OrpheusDL GUI , Settings , Apple Music , Enable to use wrapper on 127.0.0.1
open Docker Desktop and run the container hitting the play-icon.

Do I need a docker setup? I didnt see that in the install instructions. Heh and I am NOT feeling adventurous hahaha.

reinstalled the updated gui and followed the instructions for apple music downloads :/
What am I doing wrong?

Uhhh, I guess u skipped either reinstalling OrpheusDL itself or didn't update Apple Music module, unsure.
I recommend using the installer.bat file from here:

Requirements: Python (I use 3.11.9) + Inno Setup: https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/releases/download/is-6_7_3/innosetup-6.7.3.exe

I finally got it to install properly. It is now able to find music, but all my downloads are failing... I did the cookies correctly - im pretty sure. How do I see the error logs in the terminal when Im using the gui?
