Implement display settings

We need a modal that will be triggered from the options dropdown in the top right corner.
This modal will have the same layout as 'news settings modal' and will allow the user to personalize the displayed widgets (switch them on/off)

Later we will add more personalization options on the left of the modal. For now lets start with switching the widgets on and off
