First, congratulations on the work! I'd like to thank you for the level of transparency provided for the plotting/visualiztion code. You've adhered to a very high standard!
I am looking to compare some other RNA language models on refolding for the pseudoknot test set, and would love to be able to recreate your plots using the notebook plot_in_silico_results.ipynb you've attached. To this end, would you be able to upload this json:
/home/akubaney/projects/na_mpnn/evaluation/evaluation_outputs/design_pseudoknot_test_scores.json
assuming this contains all the data used to plot NA-MPNN, gRNADE and RhoDesign, so one can run the notebook and create the same visualizations?
Lower priority but also nice to have would be the following data:
/home/akubaney/projects/na_mpnn/evaluation/evaluation_csvs/design_test.csv
and
/home/akubaney/projects/na_mpnn/evaluation/evaluation_csvs/design_rna_monomer_test.csv
in CSV or JSON format.
