Adding to the Wiki documentation

I'm just opening this as an issue to remind people there is a Wiki for documentation related to the TinyMCE module that has been started and waiting for more contributions. Also, I have added some bits and made some changes, I hope it's okay.

The changes on the "Restricting allowed elements" totally make sense - a real improvement.

Re the changes in the "Home" page, I still have to contemplate... not sure, if the info is really appropriate as first paragraph there. 🤔 However, I'll leave it in place until I decide (or someone comes up with a better suggestion).

@indigoxela Thanks for the feedback. Yes, by all means change anything. I just thought I'd put something out there to see if it helps. I'll do a bit more.
