Rate limited downloading a large Spotify playlist

Is there a way to get around the rate limit?

Hey! I'd say give it about 30 min before hitting ] to resume, and if it pauses again quickly just wait a little longer (sometimes up to an hour) and it'll keep going.

It's been a few hours now and It's still showing rate limited which makes it unusable.

Hey, update: recreated this with a full Spotify playlist and hit the same wall. It's YouTube's rate limit (Spotify routes through YouTube), so it's out of my hands, no set timer, just an IP cooldown that can last several hours. Wait till tomorrow and resume, it'll pick up where it left off. Not the best outcome, but hopefully it still saved a good chunk of your playlist.

SoundCloud's rate limits are way less brutal by comparison.
