Right now starting the daemon means cd packages\daemon then dart run bin\daemon.dart — not a single command from anywhere, unlike scrcpy itself. Getting to that would likely need a PATH entry and/or a wrapper executable, which overlaps with the installer/packaging work already tracked (#5/#6) rather than being a pure code change. No solution designed yet — just flagging the goal.
