"I want to contribute"

As title said
that might be the state of most contributors

They want to contribute BUT doesn't know where to start

What i suggest:

• Roadmap for what is planned and what is not for current release
• More issues so Maintainers as well as contributors know what is being worked on and what is free
• Simple explanation on what each module does since some file names might be confusing

I'd like to contribute and it would be far easier for aspiring contributors like myself to get in the loop if a roadmap or more feature issues existed.
