Bastion instance does not allow TPCforwarding #101

When launching the template in a private subnet and trying to use the bastion instance tu create tunnels for accessing the WebUIs (i.e., Hue, Ranger Admin), the connection is not allowed as TPCforwarding is disabled on the bastion server.
